Construction Litigation:
At Alexander Bosher we believe
that resolution is the central objective of any construction
litigation. This means that our team take full advantage of the
flexibility afforded to the parties under the Civil Procedure
Rules to achieve settlement before trial. The Technology and
Construction Court's ability to manage the case-flow is considered
of benefit in complex construction litigation and is a world
leader in this forum which is why, in certain cases, we prefer
our clients to litigate in this court.
The Team
Mike Reynolds
Mike is a construction
lawyer with many years experience. He has been an enthusiastic
supporter of case-flow management as a tool to benefit clients
who seek to curtail cost and reduce time in court. He dealt with
numerous cases in the Official Referees' court and was a pupil
arbitrator to the late John Newey Q.C, the last senior Official
Referee. Since the court was renamed he has dealt with a number
of references to the court in the adjudication context and in
actions before the court.
Mark Harvey
Mark is a valuable
Senior Assistant to Mike. With many years professional experience
he provides not only a second legal opinion, but also much needed
support for Mike and clients. |
