adjudication is neither a magic bullet nor a cure for all ills,
but it does provide the construction industry with a useful method
to alleviate the hardship of cash-flow, especially in times of
economic difficulty.
We believe the commercial consequences
of legal action to be as important as the legal merits of the
case, and with this is in mind Alexander Bosher offer assistance
to contractors and sub-contractors who are involved in the adjudication
process and those who may require guidance where legal issues
arise.
Alexander Bosher offers clients
a fixed fee rate for certain types of adjudication such as recovery
of retention and non-payment under an interim certificate. Where
there are complex issues we charge a competitive hourly rate,
agreed before any work is carried out.
In all new claims Alexander Bosher
offer the first 30 minutes advice free of charge. A special advice
scheme and a graduated fee scheme for construction claims within
certain levels of value are on offer for all new clients.
