Complaints Procedure
At Alexander Bosher we strive to give our clients a satisfactory
service. However, in the unlikely event you have any complaints
about the service you have received we have the following procedures
in place:-
- Informal Stage
For minor complaints
we would suggest you complete our Client Care Questionnaire. Your complaint
will be handled immediately by the person in charge of your service.
Should you remain unsatisfied you may request that the matter
be referred to the Partner in charge of the relevant office and,
hence, move to Formal Stage 1.
- Formal Stage 1
For the avoidance of
any doubt or future disputes it is required the complaint is
put in writing to the Partner in charge of the relevant office
who will investigate the matter and respond to you as quickly
as possible. Should at that stage you remain unsatisfied, you
may request that the matter be referred to the Partner in charge
of the other office for independent review and handling, in accordance
with Formal Stage 2.
- Formal Stage 2
The Partner in charge
of the other office will review the complaint independently and
respond to you as quickly as possible, which may take a little
longer than in stage 1. If at that stage the client remains
unsatisfied, then they should refer the matter to the LCS (Legal
Complaints Service).
