About Us
AWB Solicitors (trading as Alexander
Bosher Solicitors LLP Partnership No. OC305990. VAT No. 835 6857
85.) was formed in April 2004 after the
closure of multi-national firm Merricks LLP. Alexander Bosher
was formed as a Limited Liability Partnership by Mike
Alexander and Colin Bosher who were formerly Members of Merricks
LLP. Importantly, Mike Alexander has many years experience in

Since the formation of the firm
it has gained two competent new partners, Emma

subsequently left the firm as he wished to practice nearer to
his home.
Alexander Bosher has offices
in London and Chelmsford specialising in residential
and commercial property, commercial
services, litigation
and immigration. A personalised
service for private clients
covering tax planning, probate, wills
and trusts, powers
of attorney and the like is also provided. There is a large
residential property team based in Chelmsford.
Alexander Bosher offer a personalised,
efficient and dedicated service at a reasonable and competitive

advisers, enabling them to achieve their objectives. We are continually
developing even more effective ways of delivering quality advice
and giving legal support covering multiple disciplines. We have
a reputation of providing legal services of the highest quality.

of an in-house legal department, Alexander Bosher provides practical,
